Stand-In Groom, Suzanne Brockmann

This is exactly the kind of romance novel I would read forever. It has a completely absurd premise, excellently hot sexual tension between the leads, and a satisfying conclusion. She can't inherit her trust fund unless she gets married, so she strikes a deal with a man she just met; she'll pay him to pretend to be married to her.

There is some mild weirdness about how, as a feminist, she is terrified to feel like she "belongs" to him, but otherwise the moral is "treat each other well, be honest with each other, compromise and respect each other." AND it's a Brockmann with no condom whoopses or men longing to have babies!
